Anthony is a seasoned behavioral health executive and clinical educator with over 30 years of experience designing, leading, and evaluating evidence-based treatment programs for individuals with substance use disorders, particularly opioid addiction. Renowned for pioneering reentry initiatives for incarcerated populations, delivering lectures and training on opioid treatment strategies, and applying advanced therapeutic models including Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment. He brings a proven ability to influence policy, lead interdisciplinary teams, and provide thought leadership at the intersection of addiction recovery and criminal justice reform. He has spearheaded opioid-focused recovery and reentry programs across correctional and community settings and delivered lectures, workshops, and new employee training sessions centered on opioid dependency, withdrawal management, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), and trauma-informed care.
