Heidi Tarr, MPH

Executive Advisor, Opioid Research & Sturdy Design

Heidi has more than two decades of experience in public health education and promotion programs and market research. She led audience research focused on substance use disorder and mental providers for a national nonprofit to understand the characteristics of organizations/providers that are most important for clients when considering harm reduction and/or treatment. The study also focused on factors impacting high quality care and client safety when receiving care through a variety of services like outpatient, partial hospitalization, inpatient treatment, and sober living.
